Sometimes the stress of managing work, study and personal relationships just gets too much. When the world is in your face, you need to sit back, relax and take a deep breath, and that’s just what we did! We invited Asif Ali Azad to help teach us some brilliant techniques for relaxing and finding our center to help get back on track in the middle of all the stress, and they sure worked!
